Privacy policy
This policy explains how OVIGROW handles personal data when you visit our website at www.ovigrow.com or contact us through it. It covers this website only. The OVIGROW application at cloud.ovigrow.com, including sign-up, sign-in and your workspace, has its own privacy policy.
In short: we collect only what we need to run this website and answer your messages. We do not sell your data, and analytics run only if you accept them.

OVIGROW is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at any time at [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message, and any company name, website and topic you choose to give. We use this only to answer you and to follow up on your request.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How long we keep it: for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the enquiry leads to a customer relationship. Then the platform’s privacy policy applies.
When you visit the website
Like every website, our servers receive technical information when you load a page: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser type and the referring page. We use these server logs only to deliver the website, keep it secure and find errors.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it: server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are visited and how people find us. Google Analytics processes your IP address and information about your device and visit, and sets cookies. If you reject analytics or make no choice, these tools are not loaded.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the Cookie settings link; this does not affect processing before you withdrew.
How long we keep it: Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Details of the cookies are in our cookie policy.
Who receives your data
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Where it does not apply, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how we use your data;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our servers are kept up to date, protected by a firewall, and access is restricted to the people who need it.
Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, including the OVIGROW application at cloud.ovigrow.com. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our use of personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
